Refund policy

Everything in store is handmade to top quality with care. Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase. If you received the wrong item or have a defective product, please reach out to us via email ramenbroidery@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you. After 14 days, returns will NOT be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method if approved. Please note, it may take time (10–14 days) to issue your refunds.
