Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
